Waterless Sous-Vide Cooking® was founded in Broxburn, UK by classically trained and award winnning chef - Hans Meier. With more than 50 years in the food business, he brings an interesting line of experiences and achievement.

 

As a founder and active participant in the formation of companies, trade organizations, world class colleges and a string of patents to his name; he has proven to be able to foresee trends in today's market, create products and solutions to both industrial and consumer food preparation and processes. His inventions are unique solutions to many of the current food trends and will continue to do so for a long time to come. His approach is the forming of strategic partners in the industry to maximize benefits to these partners and their products.
